BUG Prismatic Vault refuses to tap to let me search for a land
This is now the third game I've played where Prismatic Vault refuses to tap at all to let me search for a land. Doesn't matter what phase or whose turn, it will not tap at all.

There are cards, that prevent you from paying life and/or sacrificing permanents, like Yasharn, Implacable Earth, or Karn's Sylex. That will prevent you from activating Prismatic Panorama.
