Please look into this, I do not know what exactly is going wrong. Playing with my friend, he has Ulalek, Fused Atrocity equipped with Helm of the Host. Each combat, in the best words I can use to describe this, it copies my creature (which is equipped with his mithril coat) in addition to copying Ulalek (Mirror Box is on his board.)

Whenever he casts an eldrazi spell, Upwards of 50 triggers occur, about half of them being Ulalek's. For example, when he copied a black dragon spell, it was copied 18 times. At this point, he only had 2 Ulaleks.

More information:
-My friend had Maskwood Nexus on the board, so each spell was technically an Eldrazi spell.
-My commander was Lonis, Cryptozoologist, allowing me to steal some of his cards.

I cannot provide evidence for this, as the game has fully ended in a draw for no reason in particular. The game forced the match to end due to excessive time processing the 216 trigger stack. At some point, Evolve (x4) was involved -- 80 were from one creature's Evolve rule.
