Paying 2800 gems to START shopping is horse s**t.
Making people pay for the ability to shop is predatory, and super douchey. Be better than that.

This is just the equivalent of the Mastery Pass. The only difference is, that you get to decide what rewards you want first, and which you may get later if you happen to have some tickets left. You can get all the boosters and mythics first, and follow up with avatars, sleeves, and card styles. Or get the fancy consmetics first, then grab whatever packs you can afford after that. The tickets just act as experience to reach the next level.
