OTJ Mastery Pass contains only 29 Mastery Orbs...
In looking at the OTJ Mastery Pass, there seems to be only 29 Mastery Orbs instead of the usual 30 when you complete the Pass...is this a bug?

You're miscounting somewhere. There are 27 reward spots that give orbs, 3 of which give 2.
