I had Katilda, Dawnheart Prime on the field which lets humans tap for mana. I was casting Knight-Errant of Eos which has Convoke. I cast it with auto-tapper, figuring that it would Convoke. Instead it used the Katilda ability, and I lost out on the Convoke bonus from the knight.

Since they're both functionally the same (tapping a creature for a mana of its color), but Convoke has the upside of giving bonuses, can it be changed so that the default is to Convoke instead of using the tap for mana ability?
