Plotted Cards not counting as a "cast" spell (delney + shackle slinger + jace)
Reproduce (on PC): plot shackle slinger with Jace reawakened. Plot frontier Seeker with Jace reawakened. Plot getaway glamer with Jace reawakened. Cast Delney, streetwise lookout. In the same turn, cast shackle slinger, then frontier seeker and/or getaway glamer. on the field, for opponent was kodama the west tree, quirion beastcaller, and likeness of the seeker and silverback elder. Shackle slinger did not trigger allowing me to put a stun counter on any of the opponents creatures. Expected: should have been able to place a stun counter and duplicated because of delney. None of that happened. No work around, took the Loss on that.

Shackle Slinger's ability only functions while it is on the battlefield. If it is your second spell that turn, then it is not on the field, and any subsequent spell is not your second spell that turn, but your third, fourth, etc. So of course it doesn't trigger. You have to cast it as your first spell, so that your second spell can trigger it.
