Builder's Talent card not working
Played Builder's Talent in BLB limited, it created the 0/4 wall token but when upgraded to the next two levels nothing occured.

Level 2 and 3 absolutely bugged. I lost my first draft match because of it. Level 2 proc only once, not every turn I put a creature in, and level 3 never went off at all despite multiple mice in my graveyard that other cards DID bring back like Dewdrop Cure.

Did you properly read the card?
Builder's Talent level 2 does NOT have an immediate effect. Instead it makes the card have a triggered effect that goes off whenever you have a non-creature, non-land permanent enter the battlefield.
Builder's Talent level 3 requires that you have a non-creature, non-land permanent in your graveyard when you level it up to do anything.

For me, the level 2 effect proc'd once and once only
