Unable to respond to spell with Nocturnal Hunger in limited match
While in a Premium Draft match, I attacked with creatures during my combat step, leaving 6 mana open (2B 4U) to bait blocks and respond with Nocturnal Hunger. My opponent blocked, the game skipped past my priority during Declare Blockers, the opponent cast a combat trick, the game skipped past my priority to respond to it, or to cast spells after the combat trick and before damage. Combat resolved (very unfavorably) and the game skipped entirely through my Second Main phase (in spite of other castable spells in my hand) and went immediately to the opponent's turn, where it skipped my priority once again during their main phase or attackers phase.
