Unable to play cards at start of match
Game stuck at start of match with "waiting for server" on screen. Taking the screenshot removed the message, but I wasn't able to play any cards or take any actions. The timeout bar appeared and counted down, but still nothing happened.

Arena is TERRIBLE at trying to reconnect to the servers if it loses connection. Honestly the best thing to do if you lose connection is to immediately close the game and reopen it.

When I logged back in I had lost rank, so I guess the game was treated as if I lost.
