Blast zone bug
Played blast zone. Paid 6 mana to add 3 counters, but it added 4 counters instead.

More likely you forgot, that the Blast Zone enters with a counter on it already. So adding 3 leaves it with 4 counters.

Did you have out anything that makes you add an extra counter whenever you add counters to a permanent?
