Azure Beastbinder Not working as intended
Azure Beastbinder when attacking is supposed to convert a creature into a 2/2 it does so after blockers are supposed to be chosen. It should be doing this before blockers are chosen so that the opposing player has a chance to block with the creature that has changed to a 2/2 and now can block Azure Beastbinder. If this is not the intended interaction this card becomes completely broken when paired with any type of boost or +1/+1 counter effect.

It is supposed to make the targeted creature unable to block the Beastbinder. So of course, the change happens before blockers are declared.
