Chandra, Acolyte of Flame -2 won't work with Cut/Ribbons despite both halves of cut to ribbons having a cmc less than 3. I just lost a ranked match due to this bug, extremely frustrating.

Split cards have a mana value equal to the combined cost of both halves anywhere but on the stack. So Cut//Ribbons anywhere other than the stack has a mana value of 4. Cut on the stack has a mana value of 2, Ribbons on the stack has mana value of 2+X.
And before you complain, Chandra targets the CARD in the graveyard, and it must have a mana value of 3 or less there to be a legal target, regardless of what mana value the resulting spell would have later.

I know there are a lot of cards in MTGA but it is important that cards interact as intended for the MTGA to be a viable replacement for tabletop.
