Skrelv does not give opportunity to respond
Several games tonight the game did not give me the opportunity to respond to my opponent using Skrelv's ability. The first was when they cast Witch's Vanity. I could not activate Skrelv in response to the cast OR to the enters trigger. In a later game, my opponent cast Go for the Throat targeting one of my creatures and I again was not given the opportunity to respond. In both cases, Skrelv definitely did NOT have summoning sickness. One time I had mana open, the other I did not (either way should be able to respond using Phyrexian or white mana).
I believe it happened another time but I assumed I made a mistake (like maybe Skrelv had summoning sickness or something) so didn't take note of it.
