Bug: Angel of Destiny + Calamity, Galloping Inferno
Saddle Calamity, Galloping Inferno with Angel of Destiny and attack. You now have 35+ life. At end of turn, arrange the triggers so the Angel of Destiny triggers resolve first.
Expected result: A trigger from an Angel of Destiny token resolves, and since you still have that token in play and you attacked with it, you win the game.
Actual result: The Angel triggers do nothing, then the tokens are removed by Calamity's triggers, and then the turn ends.

To attack with a creature means to declare that creature as attacker in the declare attacker step's turn based action. Entering the battlefield attacking does not satisfy that. So your Angel of Destiny tokens never attacked and thus do not trigger the "lose the game ability".

506.3 maybe? But the Angel doesn't check if it is or was an attacking permanent, or trigger when it attacks, but rather selects players that were attacked by it, whatever that means.
