The wrong tokens are sacrificed
When I had Lagomos, Hand of Hatred on board, followed by Queen Allenal of Rudach and finally Braids, Arison Nightmare.
When the 2/1 token is created by Lagomos, Queen Allenal makes a 1/1 token as well, I took my turn, attacked with the 2/1, went to the end step. I chose to use Braids End of Turn effect first, sacking the 2/1 token to make my opponent sac a creature. This happens how its suppose to but when the 2nd EoT trigger resolves Arena forced me to sacrifice the 1/1 token created by Queen Allenal.
I believe the 1/1 token is suppose to stay?

All tokens created by Lagomos are subject to the end of turn sacrifice. That includes the 1/1 token Lagomos created due to Allenal's replacement effect. Allenal does not create tokens, she just makes other effects create more tokens.
