Simulacrum Synthesizer and Urabrask's forge need to be banned from all formats
Permanents that constantly spawn creatures given any condition that is incredibly easy to meat such as the one for those two cards are bad design and are especially bad design for MTG.
To fix this you need to ban these cards.
