The Arena one is the rebalanced Alchemy version (you can spot those by the "A" in front of the card name.) There is also the normal one on Arena, which is playable in Explorer. Historic formats use the Alchemy version, though. Not sure about Timeless, but it probably also uses the Alchemy version.
When you get or craft a rebalanced card, you also get the other version for free. The format you are in will automatically use the apropriate version.
