Mastery tree not available in the Mastery screen
When I click on Mastery in the game menu, the screen that used to be the Mastery tree opens.
Now it says "This mastery expires in 17 days...", I can only "Spend Orbs", list the pages and Unlock Mastery Pass.
How can I access the Mastery Tree, please?

There is no Mastery Tree for Bloomburrow. You instead spend your orbs on the items you want, in any order. Completing the Mastery will unlock enough orbs to aquire all items.
