When attacking, the "double the number of +1/+1 counters" on Byrke, Long Ear of the Law does not work together with Hunter's Talent, Level 2 .

What do you expect? The +1/+0 from the Talent is not a counter, so it cannot be doubled. Also, Byrke specifically only doubles +1/+1 counters. So even if the Talent were putting a counter on the creature, it would still not be doubled as +1/+0 is not +1/+1.
