Profit’s Eidetic Memory/Arclight Phoenix stack manipulation
Arena automatically puts arclight’s on combat trigger on the stack first making it so Profit’s on combat trigger always resolve first which has cost me a **** ton of games. Would appreciate some way to manipulate the order of which the game phase triggers are put on stack

You cannot target a returning Phoenix regardless of order. In order to target a creature with PEM's trigger, it has to be on the battlefield at the time the trigger is put on the stack. Since the Phoenix only returns when it's own trigger resolves, and that trigger is put on the stack at the same time as the enchantment's trigger, the Phoenix can never be a legal target, since it is still in the graveyard at that time.
