Update multiple devices at once
Allow a single user account to update multiple devices simultaneously.
I have both the pc and android version of mtga installed. I would like to be able update both of those installations at the same time. I would ideally like to be able to install the (usually larger) update on my pc while playing mtga on my phone.
Seems like the main asset bundle download is locked to after account log in, and you can only have a single account logged in from one device at once.... so starting the update on the second device disconnects you from the first one.

Even though opening the MTGA app on a device instantly causes a disconnect on any other device that’s got the MTGA app open and logged in with the same account, you can actually update multiple devices in parallel.
Just start the update on one device (e.g. your PC), then open the app on your other device (e.g. your phone) and start the update on there too. If you look closely, you’ll see that the download meter on your PC is still updating behind the “You’ve been disconnected” dialog.
The user experience admittedly isn’t great or intuitive, but it does at least work.
