Planar disruption affects a hexproof creature
My opponent attached Planar Disruption to an aura I had attached to my hexproof creature.
It then would not let my creature attack or block.
The creature should still have been able to attack and block.

The Planar Disruption token was attached to your hexproof creature. And they got to attach it because it just entered the battlefield and wasn't cast, thus wasn't targeting your creature.
