Kudo, king among bears and Sugar Coat
Enchanted Kudo with Sugar coat. Didn't undo his effect, lost a creature to an even trade (2 2/2's instead of a 1/1 vs. a 1/3) in what should have been a combat trick in my favor, then opponents creatures all remained 2/2s (as did mine). Looking at other reporst, Kudo is bugged and needs to be fixed. (Cut log file, because it was too big)

This is not a bug. Kudo works this way because of how the game goes through the layers of continuous effects. Especialy rule 613.6 is essential here:
613.6. If an effect should be applied in different layers and/or sublayers, the parts of the effect each
apply in their appropriate ones. If an effect starts to apply in one layer and/or sublayer, it will
continue to be applied to the same set of objects in each other applicable layer and/or sublayer, even
if the ability generating the effect is removed during this process.This means, that since Kudo starts applying in layer 4, it continues to apply fully, even when its abilities are removed in layer 6.
