Reenact the Crime needs to be banned from standard and alchemy. Changes in the card design process and philosophy need a large reform.
Just had it used against me to see how gamebreaking it is when it is played. Can be used on the end step of the opponents turn which is really not fun to play against as the opponent can just get something like Ertai and then get two big creatures or gamewinning cards for almost free on the board as early as turn four or five.
This is what cards that should never have been printed look like. Now you need to fix it to make sure standard is balanced and actually fun to play by banning more cards.
The fact that this made it into the game implies that there is no playtesting and if there is, it certainly is not thorough. If the expansions were being playtested, at least half of the cards in the current rotation would never have been printed. Either there are 20 different boardwipes that exile everything that cost only one or two mana and exile the opponent's library at the same time, or you test the game to make sure gamebreaking cards and combos like this don't exist.
Second, the game was better when graveyard play was very rare (maybe two three cards in total in a single rotation), limited to black (stop breaking the themes of the colors as blue, red, white, and green should not be getting graveyard play), and you had to play legacy to build a deck around it. It's not good design, especially when the graveyard play is purposely printed gamewinning combos (combos existing are bad design because someone can end the game in a single turn).
