Sealed event unplayable on macOS
On macOS, I launched a Sealed event and experienced graphical glitches during deck building (card text not displaying, flashing UI elements). After restarting the client, clicking Resume took me to the Sealed splash screen and froze my computer. After building the deck in the iOS client, I was able to launch the macOS client and launch a game by spamming the Play button for over a minute, with significant graphical issues in-game. These included failure to draw my pet or the background (with just some particle effects showing for both) and failure to draw targeting arrows. After two matches, I was able to download an update to macOS Sonoma 14.7. After this update, my computer locks down harder at the Sealed Play screen; most times, it locks my computer, and one time I was able to spam Play to launch a match, wherein I can no longer read any text on cards - titles, mana values and art loads, but text boxes are black panels. I tried booting into Windows using Boot Camp, and attempting to click Resume Event locks the client without even loading the Sealed Play splash screen. I now have money locked in Arena that in the form of a purchased Play Bundle that I cannot use because I cannot play events on either macOS or Windows. (Oddly, free events, such as Jump In, work just fine on macOS for me.)

Not only have I tried reinstalling, I also tried launching the Steam client under Boot Camp in Windows. The crashing happens even earlier, before loading the Sealed splash screen. It seems like they've done something to the graphics engine that is incompatible with the graphics card in this MacBook Air. Oddly, when I launch a non-paid event such as Jump In, not only does it load and run properly under MacOS, I get a better frame rate than I have in years.
