Orb redemption not working in store
Spent and orb for Overlord of the Hauntwoods but I didn’t receive the card after claiming it in the store. My orb total is back to zero, but the card is not available in store any longer despite it not appearing in my card library as well.

There are no cards in that store, just card STYLES (and sleeves). You have to have the card in order to use the style. Getting the style will not give you the card.
