I have a one ring trigger that will kill me, in my hand I have nexus of fate and discontinuity. I hav eplaced a stop at my upkeep, upkeep come along, just as supposed to happen, it stops before trigger kills me. I respond to trigger by tapping ring to draw more cards. After, I cast nexus of fate letting it resolve, then cast discontinuity before the one ring trigger that would kill me gets to resolve. I am in full control, and it shows a stop is placed in mt upkeep. My extra turn happens, the one ring trigger resolves without me getting to respond with any of the viable options I had to stop this. This has happened many times, full control is always enabled, but it ends at the end of a turn (and a turn ended), I always make sure the upkeep stop is selected, but it never works either (since I left an upkeep straight into an upkeep, this dog **** game removes the stop since I left an upkeep). So, WotC tell me what I was supposed to do when I had both an upkeep stop placed and was in full control, but am not allowed to play my "instant" or activate my abilities? I even have auto-order triggered events un checked, and the show all phases option turned on. Fix your game, cause as it stands this is by definition not Magic the Gathering, its a wild homebrew that you refuse to tell the rules to.
