Manifest Dread Killed My Creature
I attempted to turn up a face-down creature and it just sent it to my graveyard. I would have one the game if that hadn't happened. There is no reason I can tell why that should have happened. This was a draft event.

Then something killed it. Probably lethal damage or the legend rule. After all, it remains the same object, so any damage marked on it before transformation will also be marked on it afterwards. And cause its death if that damage now equals or exceeds the new toughness. The legend rule should need to further explanation.
