Up the Beanstalk needs to be banned from standard and alchemy
Last time I checked, drawing cards was supposed to be blue's thing. However with up the beanstalk, now green decks get to draw more cards than blue can consistently.
This breaks both the game and the color pie and hence must be banned.

ALL colors have had card draw since very early on. Stop complaining about non-blue getting card draw.
