When activating tyvars indestructible ability in response to cards like wizards lightning and static discharge he is killed and put into the graveyard. This should not happen as tyvar is indestructible. Since it's being activated on the stack in response it should resolve first and tyvar should be indestructible and not die to this kind of damage
