Unable to Choose Replacement Effect When Automatic Option is Disabled
When I cast Shock targeting an opponent while controlling a Level 3 Artist's Talent and a Rollercrusher Ride that has achieved delirium, the spell dealt 6 damage instead of 8. I would like to be able to choose the replacement effect order to maximize the damage.

Your opponent is the affected player, so HE gets to choose the order the replacement effect are applied. Control of the source of the replacement effects doesn't matter. The player who is affected or controls the affected object is the one to choose.
