full screen being automatically disabled repeatedly

full screen being disabled when games start/end, and sometimes when changing from decks, to store,etc.
graphics on edges are being skewed when reverting back to window view.

Sounds similar to me issue. When selecting "Full Screen" in the Graphics settings, Arena gets too big for my screen and I cannot see the edges. This is a new problem. I am using the same computer (Window laptop) that I have been using for years.
