"ticer", stalled, pointlessly, down to the last second, every single turn. Why does this cockroach have to exist? The game's not fun when cockroaches like this exist.

FWIW, I've reported a handful of players over the years to that web form with accompanying screenshot evidence etc. and as far as I can tell it's made ZERO impact. You get an auto-generated email with no information other than WotC won't be able to tell you anything regarding any disciplinary actions taken against the player.
Without exception, those same handful of folks are still on Arena months (sometimes years) later and still pulling those same unsportsmanlike antics.
I now just snap-concede to known jerks/ropers and have stopped reporting them. It negatively effects my record, but it preserves my sanity. Honestly, if WotC would just give us like just 7 "blacklist slots" that would really improve quality of life in Arena.
