I also haven't earn from mastery pass (reward of stage 28 and 31). I hope they will fix the problem for everybody with the same problem. They gave me a feedback by email but the problem still persist.....

Same thing happened to me again. Lvl up to rank 33 and didn't get the 2000 gold reward...So i missed two rewards already. Feel like i've been stolen by magic since I payed for it.

I payed the Duskmourn Mastery Pass but I didn't receive the 2000 gold of the Level 33 (I level up just fifteen minutes ago) . Can I receive it please?

I have the same problem with lvl 29 (i payed the mastery pass) i was suposed to get a booster pack with this one. Didn't get anything.

Level 32 gives a Duskmourn pack, a card style, and a Mastery orb to get a card style or sleeve with. Which of those did you not get? Mind, there were no cards to be gained at that level, except for those from the pack. Also note, that Mastrey reward NOTIFICATIONS have been bugged for years, but the rewards are given.
