Matchmaking issue 10/23
When attempting to load a game anytime in the last 3 days, I have been stuck on the "Currently Waiting" screen, I have reinstalled the program on PC 3 times, flushed DNS, rebooted the computer (windows laptop) and even tried on my phone (iPhone) and I cannot get paired into a game (just searches for upwards of 10+ minutes, wondering if something is messed up with my account and that is why it can't pair into a game, I tried contacting service and tried all of the steps they suggested and nothing has worked. Again, the weird part is that it happens to me on both mobile and PC, leading me to wonder if something is messed up on my account instead of the specific install

Encountered a secondary issue, I tried to find another game mode to play the game that wasn't a draft and found the replay tutorial, upon hitting that and it spun my game into an infinite loading loop (see screenshot), I closed the application from the taskbar, used revo to uninstall the application and then opened it back up and it gave me the same exact screen instead of taking me to the main window (log attached). Same issue happens now if I try and open the game on my mobile phone, infinite loading screen for the replay tutorial, now Arena is completely unusable for me
