Storm
1) Have a storm effect in play such as Ral, Crackling Wit emblem.
2) Cast an enchantment spell with full control enabled.
3) Cast Tibalt's Trickery in response targeting the enchantment spell.
4) Storm Ability Triggers adding (Storm Count) amount of copies.
5) The first copy of Tibalt's Trickery targets the original Tibalt's Trickery
5) Then each new copy targets the previous copy of Tibalt's Trickery on the stack.
6)This results in Tibalt's Trickery resolving storm count /2 times.
I am playing on PC.
I have been told that the copies generated by a storm effect enter the stack all at once and cannot target copies that were made in the same storm ability activation. Thus all the storm copies should be illegal targets until that storm activation has resolved and all copies from that instance of storm have been added to the stack.
Personally, I think that things should work as it's currently coded but the wording of the advanced rules is a little unclear on the timing of the storm triggered ability adds X number of copies to the stack. If this is working as intended I think the wording in the advanced rules needs to be adjusted to clarify the timing of an effect adding multiple spell copies to the stack at once.
