Sphere of saftey bug
I was attacking for lethal while my opponent's Sphere of safety and 5 other enchantments were on the field. It required 18 manas to attack instead of 6 caused me to concede.

Yes, Sphere of Safety requires X mana paid for each attacker. With 6 enchantments, 3 attackers require 18 mana. No bug here.
