Dark Deal
Dark Deal makes both players discard their hands and then draw cards, only when my opponents cast it, I don't get to draw any cards. This is really painful now and I have lost 2 games to it. Please can you investigate!

They most likely also had Narset, Parter of Veils on the field. That's reason for why you didn't get to draw cards.
