Normal version of Guide of Souls will not appear in Brawl.
(On iOS) When attempting to add the normal version of Guide of Souls into my Brawl deck only the Arena specific rebalanced version of the card will appear.

Yes, because Brawl uses Alchemy cards and thus only the rebalanced cards are available in the format. You do not get to pick your version, it's the rebalanced one only.
