Core Achievement "Stylish Spellslinger" not triggering

I have an Avatar, Sleeve, Companion, Sticker and Phrase cosmetics all selected while playing, but the achievement still is incomplete.

    I have 4 card styles applied and didn't get it either.

    And the new titles count toward this too. I got the achievement by having an avatar, companion, sleeve, phrase and title.

    This achievement counts card styles applied. Most of the stuff from the daily deals, and the Mastery Emporium, alternative art, etc.
