new achievement system
i have an artisan deck i regularly play with and should have qualified for the 10 wins with no rares achievement in historic, but for some reason, even with a pauper deck i cannot seem to get anything to count towards it.

That achievement requires to win 10 RANKED games of Historic with an Artisan deck. You have to play your deck on the ladder.
