Tishana Tidebinder countering Room Ability
I encounter a bug where I use Tishana Tidebinder to counter Unholy Annex end step ability. It was successful. Next turn the ability was active again despite Tishana is on the battlefield.

A Room is neither an artifact, a creature, nor a planeswalker. So the "loses its abilities" part does not apply.
