Sage of the skies token not copied by elspeth storm slayer
To reproduce:
1. Have elspeth storm slayer on the field
2. Cast at least 1 spell
3. Cast sage of the skies
there should be two tokens but arena gives only 1
on PC

Elspeth (and other cards with that effect) copy tokens that are CREATED. Tokens that are the result of a copied permanent spell are not created, those copied spells just enter as tokens. So those effects don't have any event to apply to.
