Mythic Pack
I just purchased a Mythic pack for Tarkir Dragonstorm, however I received a Rare Wildcard, No Mythic... I thought a Mythic pack guarenteed a Mythic? Is there a chance for the Mythic pack to not contain mythic?

The mythic packs have a chance at giving a rare wildcard. It is an absolute rip off. Do not buy them. They should make it a mythic wildcard

Yes, the chance to receive a rare wild card in any pack. This has been known for years, and is repeatedly posted here.
