Incorreect Card interaction

Incorreect Card interaction, at the Combat Step: DeclareAttack with all creatures, my Epharas Dispersal has no interaction . This card shoud bounce all attackers.

    Did your opponent have Voice of Victory on the field?

    Also, Ephara's Dispersal can only bounce ONE creature.
