Fatal Push Not Triggering
Playing on mobile (android), during opponents first main phase, my opponent has me at 6 life and has a Phlage Fire of Titans Fury on the battlefield. Opponent escapes a second copy of Phlage and deals me 3 damage. He has to sacrifice one copy to legend rule. Second copy goes to graveyard. Before moving to combat, I cast Fatal Push targeting Phlage but it fizzles with no effect. Phlage is 3 CMC but the legend rule sacrifice apparently did not trigger Push's kill up to 4 CMC effect. Opponent moves to combat and kills me with Phlage's triggered ability. This sucks.

Fatal Push requires a permanent that YOU controlled to have left the battlefield to get the enhanced effect.
