Inspiring Paladin is bugged
Inspiring paladin is bugged. I had creatures with several +1/+1 counters and creatures with solely a single +1/+1 attacking on my turn and they did not gain first strike.

Getting +1/+1 is not the same as getting a +1/+1 counter. Only effects that use the word "counter" place counters.
