Rewards Not Received (daily/pack purchase)
I recently (passed 2 days) have had issues with Final Fantasy card prizes/purchases. I received a daily quest reward of Vana’diel Adventures, blue card that gives you a win condition for having an empty library. Then, today, I made a FF purchase and received red Kefka Plazzo card, legendary creature and neither card ended up in my library/deck collection. I have purchased serval master passes and after spending money on this app, it’s very upsetting that I am not receiving the items I have won or paid for… looking for any feedback or acknowledgement. Thank you.

Neither card is Standard legal. They are special guests in the FF set, renamed and with alternate art. Special guests are not added to the Standard card pool. You will find those cards in your collection under either name IF you look outside Standard, and if you got the actual cards not just card styles.
