necrodominance
Necrodominance still has no hand size limit after necrodominance leaves the battlefiled. My opponent played necrodominance and drew ~30 cards on their end step. On my turn I exiled Necrodominance and they remained with no hand limit. I expected the hand limit to be returned to the user when the card was exiled.

Did their hand size limit really not return, or did they just not discard when your turn ended? Because the later won't happen, since a player's hand size limit only matters when that player's turn ends. You only have to discard to hand size limit in YOUR turn's cleanup step.
