Ultima Incorrect Resolution
I have an enemy creature exiled w/White Auracite.
I cast Ultima. Arena puts the exiled creature back into play, though it should not have, and I quickly lose the game because of it.
- Ending Turns and Phases
722.1. Some cards end the turn. When an effect ends the turn, follow these steps in order, as they differ from the normal process for resolving spells and abilities (see rule 608, “Resolving Spells and Abilities”).
722.1a If there are any triggered abilities that triggered before this process began but haven’t been put onto the stack yet, those abilities cease to exist. They won’t be put onto the stack. This rule does not apply to abilities that trigger during this process (see rule 722.1f).
THOSE ABILITIES CEASE TO EXIST. White Auracite triggering happens before the End Phase starts, and as part of the end phase steps here, its ability ceases to exist. This is not the class of abilities that trigger during the cleanup step that should indeed now trigger, get put onto the stack at the cleanup phase, etc.

Thanks Razzahan,
I agree. I missed the difference between Oblivion Ring and White Auracite, with White Auracite's being a continuous effect that just happens when it happens. Thanks!

White Auracite's exile is a contingent on it being on the battlefield. The return of the exiled card happens IMMEDIATELY with it leaving the battlefield, there is no trigger involved to return it. So your cited rules are not relevant here. Since Ultima destroys artifacts and creatures as its first effect, the exiled card returns before the game even gets to the second effect of ending the turn. Yes, even though it is in the middle of resolving a spell.
610.3. Some one-shot effects cause an object to change zones “until” a specified event occurs. A second
one-shot effect is created IMMEDIATELY after the specified event. This second one-shot effect returns
the object to its previous zone.
